[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.2(G) / Washing fruits and vegetables.
Corrected During Inspection Raw fruit and/or vegetables not washed or washed improperly. During the inspection, the PIC stated they wash their fruits and veggies in the 3 bay sink. I explained to the PIC that the prep sink on site is to be used for washing or fruits and veggies.

3717-1-04.8(E)(1) / Single-service and single-use articles - storage
Corrected During Inspection [52] Improper storage of single-service and single-use articles. Observed nacho cheese containers being stored to where they were not protected from contamination. PIC flipped items over at the time of inspection.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Unclean nonfood-contact surfaces. Observed the top of the microwave with build up and debris.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed the vent duct above the bread with an accumulation of dust.

Lori Jeffrey is certified in level 2 food safety and has the ODH certificate, however the number is cut off the bottom of the certificate. Please call ODH and obtain this information so we can put this into our system.
