Observed mop being stored on the ground at the time of inspection. PIC placed mop up to dry properly. Mops dried improperly.

Repeat Observed broken floor tiles in the kitchen area and peeling ceiling tiles in the kitchen area at the time of inspection. Floors and ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable.
