Observed excess ice and condensation in the walk in freezer. Observed accumulation of water at the bottom of the Beverage Air reach in cooler. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Observed dust build up on the fan covers of the walk in cooler. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
