Observed debris in the toaster. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Observed no drain plug on one of the dumpsters. No drain plugs in waste receptacle.

Observed unnecessary items in the lobby. The wall was being fixed during inspection and construction items were in the area. Lobby needs to be free of unnecessary items and cleaned. Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises.
