Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed tear in walk-in cooler gasket.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed buildup of debris on multiple cooler gaskets.

Attachments to the wall and/or ceiling were not easily cleanable. Observed buildup of debris in vent covers by pizza station and other serving station.
