3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed non-commercial equipment in the kitchen. Equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency.
Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency.
3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
The test kit needs to be replaced to measure the concentration of the sanitizer.
To ensure proper sanitization, a test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in PPM (mg/L) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.
3717-1-05.1(I) / Service sink - number.
Observed the mop sink being blocked. Mop water needs to be dumped down this sink.
At least one service sink or one curbed cleaning facility equipped with a floor drain shall be provided and conveniently located as specified in this rule.
3717-1-05.1(S)(1) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed the handwashing sink draining very slow. The plumbing system was not properly repaired.
To prevent health hazards, a plumbing system shall be repaired according to the Ohio building code.
