Received a complaint stating that employee at the grill was handling food without wearing gloves. During the time of inspection I witnessed employees at the grill to be wearing gloves while cooking and wearing gloves to place the raw meat onto the grill. Additionally, I witness employees washing hands and changing gloves when changing tasks during the time of inspection. No violations observed during the time of inspection. |
