Repeat Observed torn gaskets throughout the facility at the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Observed an accumualtion of dust on the vent covers and surrounding ceiling tiles throughout the kitchen area at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Corrected During Inspection Observed a build up of food debris in the microwave in the front line at the time of inspection. PIC had someone clean it. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
