Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed PIC's bare hand touching the side of a french fry when putting the french fries in a to go bag. PIC was retrained on food handling requirements during the inspection and instructed to wear gloves or use a napkin to grab the french fries to prevent bare-hand contact. Observed a build-up of debris on the fry warmer, on the meat warmers, and inside the oven. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Observed broken baseboards in the kitchen around the mop sink. Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable.

Observed a build-up of debris on the wall behind the fryers, on walls throughout the kitchen, on ceilings throughout the kitchen, and on kitchen floors along the edges and under shelving.

Comments
Received a complaint that the complainant observed what looked like a frozen "baby bed bug" in their ice after purchasing a drink from the drive-thru. During the inspection, the ice was inspected for a presence of insects. No insects were observed.

VI - P - TCS Food: Observed time/temperature controlled for safety foods being properly held using time as a public health control; the operation had a written procedure on file, foods were properly marked to indicate the time that the food was removed from temperature control, and food was discarded when required.
