Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed several spray bottles of quat sanitizer with sanitizer levels above the approved concentration. PIC was shown how to make sanitizer at the proper concentration during the inspection and will refill the sanitizer bottles. Unapproved chemical sanitizer used on food contact surfaces.
