Repeat Food thermometer not readily accessible. Did not observe a thermometer inside several cold holding units (Deli walk in cooler, Seafood walk in cooler, both Meat walk in coolers, Dairy walk in cooler, deli case, some dairy cases, and the cooler at the Starbucks). Also did not observe a thermometer in the deli hot holding unit.

Label on a food packaged in-house did not contain all required information. Did not observe a net weight for some donuts in the ingredient book.

Improper storage of food items. Observed milk cases and eggs cases stored on the floor of the dairy walk in cooler.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed the ice machine lid broken at the Starbucks.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed several damged gaskets on the doors of the dairy reach in coolers as well as some reach in freezers. Gaskets need replaced.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed dust accumulation on the vents cover of the produce walk in cooler and dairy walk in cooler. Observed the deli walk in freezer floor needing cleaning and some shelves in the dairy walk in cooler needing cleaning.
