| Complainant stated they came through the drive thru on 12/23/15 around 5:15 and 5:30pm. The order consisted of Whopper Jr. with lettuce & onions, Chicken Sandwich with lettuce, two order of fries and two drinks. They experienced nausea and vomiting around 4:30am 12/24/15 that lasted till 5:00pm on 12/24/15. PIC stated the beef and chicken patties and fries come in frozen. They are cooked when needed and held at 135F or warmer. Proper time stamping of cheese, lettuce and onions was observed. All equipment properly working. |
