Observed several boxes of food on the ground in the walk in freezer at the time of inspection. Food stored in prohibited area.

Observed Hashizaki America Inc. Ice machine not in use due to needing repairs at the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Observed accumulation of dust on oscillating fan covers in the kitchen area at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.

Observed peeling paint on the ceiling by the three bay sink and the walk in cooler at the time of inspection. Observed cracked paint on the wall above the prep sink in the pizza making area at the time of inspection. Walls and Ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable.
