Corrected During Inspection There were some TCS foods in the walkin cooler that were not datemarked. Make sure that all TCS foods, and foods whose label reads, "Refrigerate after Opening" or "Keep Refrigerated" are marked with the date that these foods were opened, and then make sure they are used or discarded within 7 days for prevent pathogen growth.
