| Complaint came from Oakland County Health, Pontiac, Mi. Complainant ate at Steak N' Shake on 12/21/15. They ordered a steakburger with cheese, onions, ketchup, mustard, fries, ice tea and water. They experienced cramps, fever with temperature and diarrhea. Conducted an inspection, temperatures of steakburger 40F, cheese 39F, onion 39F. The freezer holding the fries was not properly working and the temperature was 33F. |
