Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed the pizza slicer with build up. PIC took it to be cleaned.

Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed the use of non commercial freezer.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
Observe no sanitizer test kit available. The facility has water damaged test kit. The test kit needs to be replaced.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Observed mop drying improperly. Mop needs to be hanging to allow proper drying.
