[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(a) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - hot holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed oatmeal being held at 105F. The PIC stated the oatmeal has only been out since 6am and has not yet reached the 4 hour mark. PIC turned up the temperature control on the oatmeal. TCS foods not being hot held at the proper temperature.

3717-1-04.1(DD) / Warewashing machines - automatic dispensing of detergents and sanitizers.
Critical Sanitizer was not dispensing at the time of inspection. PIC stated that she is washing dishes, rinsing them, and sanitizing them manually. Warewashing machine does not automatically dispense detergent sanitizer and/or does not have a visual means to ensure detergent and sanitizer is automatically dispensed.
