Observed no sanitizer test kit available in the bar area at the time of inspection.

Observed spot of grease on the hood at the time of inspection. Observed spots of debris on walls throughout the kitchen. Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.

Observed no coving around the inside of the bar area at the time of inspection. Floor and wall junctures not properly coved or closed and/or floor drains not provided.

Observed multiple coolers not at proper temperature of 41 degrees F or below at the time of prelicensing inspection. PIC stated they had to be shut off due to maintenance and they were just turned back on. There was no TCS foods being stored in the cold holding equipment at the time of inspection. TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature.

Observed 3 bay not connected to water, temperature was not able to be met on dishwasher due to maintence work, the food prep sink was not connected, and the hand sink in the bar area was not installed yet. The employee restroom and mop sink was not receiving water yet due to maintenance. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
