Repeat Food thermometer not readily accessible. Did not observe a thermometer inside the big walk in cooler and some reach in coolers in the kitchen.

Repeat Sanitizer test kit or other device not being used. Observed no test kit or device for testing chemical concentration and/or temperature for the dishwasher.

Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed food debris at the bottom and on the racks of the Traulsen reach in cooler next to the fryer.
