Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed milk that had been opened on Sunday to not have a date mark on it during the time of inspection. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. PIC placed date mark on item during the time of inspection.

Observed non commercial rice cookers in the facility during the time of inspection. Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency.
