3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Corrected During Inspection Observed a build up of debris on the gasket of the Arctic Air freezer and some dough under the three door upright freezer in the back stock room. PIC sanitized and cleaned the gasket and picked up and disposed of the dough at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.
