Repeat Facility does not have an employee with level two certification in food protection. Did not observed employee with level two certification at the time of inspection. PIC stated two employees have the level 2 ServSafe but certificates were not available at the time of inspection.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed dust accumulation on the vents cover of the bakery walk in cooler.
