Observed coffee straws to not be individually wrapped during the time of inspection. Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination.

Observed walk-in freezer light to not be functioning during the time of inspection. Light intensity less than twenty foot candles in required areas.

Facility is only being used a few times a month.

Note: Facility is planning on getting a new ice machine by the end of the year. In the event that the ice machine is replaced they will need to send the specification sheets to the Marion public health department. Current ice machine is damaged, and if it is not replaced by next inspection it will be a violation.
