Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed several food items made on 11/16 without date marking (cut onions, cut potatoes, cut green pepper, cut letuce, boiled eggs, cut tomatoes, open bag of sausage and cheese). PIC date marked them.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed food debris in the microwave.

3717-1-06.4(D) / Cleaning ventilation systems, nuisance and discharge prohibition.
Ventilation system not maintained. Observed grease build up on the hood system above the fryers.
