3717-1-05.1(O)(1) / Using a handwashing sink - accessible at all times
Critical Repeat The handwashing sink was not easily accessible at the produce. Hot water was not accessible.
To ensure frequent and proper handwashing, a handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.
3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Observed white liquid and food debris in the hand sink in the deli. Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing.
To prevent contamination, a handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.

3717-1-04.2(G)(1) / Food temperature measuring devices - availability
Did not observed a thermometer in the deli coolers. A food thermometer was not readily accessible.
To prevent foodborne illness, food temperature measuring devices shall be provided and readily accessible for use.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Observed build up on the vents, floor and wall of the deli coolers and freezer. in the daily Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
3717-1-05.1(S)(1) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Corrected During Inspection Observed urinal in mens room that is out of order. Urinal was checked and repaired during inspection.The plumbing system was not properly repaired.
To prevent health hazards, a plumbing system shall be repaired according to the Ohio building code.
3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Corrected During Inspection Observed wet mop stored in the bucket. PIC hanged it for drying. Observed mops being dried using an unapproved method.
After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies.
