Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed items (pot, knife, cup of drink) stored inside the hand sink in the kitchen making it inaccessible for employees to wash their hands. PIC had employee remove items and clean the sink. Reviewed with PIC that handwashing sink shall be accessible at all time. Handwashing sink not accessible.

3717-1-04.4(N)(3) / Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization (quaternary ammonium) - temp., pH, concentration, and hardness
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed low concentration of sanitizer at the 3 compartment sink in the kitchen. PIC added more sanitizer to meet the required concentration. Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness.

Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed a sanitizer spray botlle at the bar without label. PIC labeled it. Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed unlable containers of flour and breading in the kitchen. PIC labeled them. Working food containers not properly labeled.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Repeat Observed uncovered food items in the walk in cooler and make tables in the kitchen. Improper storage of food items.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
Observed no sanitizer test kit at the time of inspection. No sanitizer test kit available.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Observed build up on the doors and gaskets of the make tables in the kitchen. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
