3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
Corrected During Inspection No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s). Observed no paper towel at the handsink at the Starbuck. Employee put some.

3717-1-04.2(G)(1) / Food temperature measuring devices - availability
Repeat Food thermometer not readily accessible. Observed no thermometer inside many cold holding and hot holding units (deli/produce/seafood/meat/dairy walk in coolers, deli cold and hot holding cases, meat cold holding cases). Walk in coolers outside thermometer are not working/accurate. Facility shall put thermometers inside all cold/hot holding units.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed damaged gaskets on the door at the starbuck cooler and on the doors or the dairy reach in coolers.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Oserved dust build up on the fan cover of meat walk in cooler and on the Kay dispensers at starbuck located above area where clean dishes are stored. Also observed debris in the gaskets of the starbuck cooler. Observed the pans at the bakery soiled. Pans need deep cleaning or replaced.
