| Complainant stated there are birds in the dining area of the this facility and they drop feces on dining tables, floors, trays and cups. We talked to the PIC about the complaint. He stated the birds are coming from the OPI hallway. Observed two birds in the dining hall at the time of inspection. PIC stated they usually use a product called BirdX as a treatment option to deter birds. There were 3 physical bird deterrents hanging in the dining hall during the inspection. The PIC stated he recently ordered the BirdX product and they should have it within 10 days. They do have a contracted pest control company, Triple A General Services, and he stated they would get an assessment from this company. A reinspection shall commence within 14 days. |
