3717-1-04.4(I) / Manual warewashing equipment - wash solution temperature.
Critical Repeat Did not observe any hot water at the three compartment sink during the time of inspection. Manual wash solution not being maintained at 110˚ F or above.

3717-1-05(H) / Capacity.
Critical Observed there to be no hot water coming from the three bay sink or and of the handwashing sinks during the time of inspection. Water source and/or hot water capacity not sufficient.

3717-1-02.4(A)(2) / PIC - Manager Certification
Did not observe an ODH manager certificate in the facility during the time of inspection. Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection.

3717-1-05.1(C)(1) / Handwashing sink - required water temperature
Repeat Observed water at both hand sinks to not get up to 100 degrees during the time of inspection. Handwashing sink water below 100°F.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Did not observe internal thermometers in either cold holding unit during the time of inspection. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Observed milk crate to be stored on ground during the time of inspection. Improper storage of food items.
