| Complainant stated being at the facility on 7/8 and smelled mold and mildew while being there. We went to the facility and talked to the manager about the complaint. Manager stated the facility does not have mold and mildew issue. Manager stated one of the meat cold holding cases evaporation pan is not working properly sometimes and can give a moldy smell when it happens. Manager stated maintenance came and look at the case and stated a heating rod needs replaced. Manager stated a work order will be placed to have the broken part fixed. Did not smell or observe mold or mildew at the time of inspection. No violation was noted. |
