Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed dozen eggs being stored in the walk in cooler that was reading 48.5 degrees farenheit. PIC threw all eggs away. Raw shell eggs not maintained at 45° F or below.

Observed damaged gasket on the door in front of the milk stored in the walk in at the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Observed build up of debris on the strawerry slushi machine at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Repeat Observed mops being stored on the floor in the back room at the time of inspection. Mops must be hung up to dry properly. Mops dried improperly.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed door to the walk in cooler not shutting properly and the metal frame being held together with tape at the time of inspection. Physical facilities not maintained in good repair.
