| Received complaint stating their grocery pick-up employees packaged raw chicken in one bag with fresh produce. Upon arriving, I inspected their their pick-up area and the groceries they had in the coolers at the time. Along with this, I checked the meat packaging and the produce packaging areas. Each item that exits the meat area and the produce area is packaged prior to reaching the grocery pick-up area. The grocery pick-up area is instructed to ensure they are not packaging pre-packaged raw meat and product in the same bags. Did not observe any raw meat to be in the same pre-packaged bag as fresh produce during the time of inspection. No violations observed during the time of inspection. |
