Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed several items in coolers without lids on them during the time of inspection. Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. PIC placed items on lids during the time of inspection.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Observed several seasoning containers without common name on them during the time of inspection. Working food containers not properly labeled.

3717-1-04.8(E)(2) / Clean equipment and utensils stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted.
Repeat Observed clean dishes to not be covered or inverted during the time of inspection. Clean equipment and utensils not stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Observed several vents throughout the kitchen area to have build-up of debris on them during the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
