Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed several dented food cans in the retail area. PIC took them off the shelves. Food package(s) received in poor condition.

901:3-4-15(B) / Embargoing of food due to adulteration, misbranding, or expired baby formula or baby foods
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed several Similac organic powder milk base that expired on 05/01/20, 4 Gerber organic banana sqush expired on 02/04/20, 6 Happybaby pears, squash & blackberries expired 05/06/20, Plum organics just prunes expired on 04/21/20, 7 Happybaby pears, kale & spinach expired on 04/22/20, 4 Plum organics pears purple carrots & blueberry expired on 01/18/20,1 Plum organics mighty 4 food group blend expired on 04/04/20 and 1 Gerber lil mixer pears, zuchini and corn expired on 03/31/20. PIC took them off the shelve. Food in an RFE must be embargoed due to adulteration, misbranding, or baby food or formula is expired.

3717-1-04.2(G)(1) / Food temperature measuring devices - availability
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Did not observe a thermometer inside the deli case, the deli walk in cooler, the meat walk in cooler and the dairy walk in cooler. PIC had employee put one in each cooler. Food thermometer not readily accessible.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed ice build up and condensation in the dairy walk in freezer. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
Repeat Observed expired test kit at the deli (02/01/19), produce (09/30/19) and bakery (09/30/19). PIC replaced the one at the deli and talked to employees about replacing the others. No sanitizer test kit available.
