Complaint stated he found a bread tie in his chili. He purchased at 5:07pm on 3/31/16 and used the drive thru. He did go inside once he found the bread tie. I spoke with the manager about the complaint. She was aware of the complaint. An employee did see the bread tie and did confirm it was one of theirs. I conducted an inspection. I did not observe any bread ties laying around the kitchen. Proper storage and temperature of chili was observed. |
