Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed build up on the fry cutter at the time of inspection. PIC cleaned on site. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
Corrected During Inspection Did not observe sanitizer test strips on site at the time of inspection. Gave PIC some sanitizer test strips on site. No sanitizer test kit available.
