Observed a flour build up of debris on the dough mixer and surrounding area at the time of inspeciton. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Corrected During Inspection Observed mops being stored directly on the ground at the time of inspection. PIC hung the mop up to dry properly. Mops dried improperly.
