| Received a complaint stating that facility was allowing animals in the store that were not service animals. PIC stated during inspection that it is their policy that they are not allowed to ask if an animal is a service animal. Regardless, the food code strictly prohibits the presence of all animals that are not service animals. Licensed facilities should not knowingly be permitting any animals into their facility that is not a service animal that has been trained to perform a specific service for its owner. Did not observe any animals in the store during the time of inspection. No violations observed during the time of inspection. |
