3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed dust build up on the fan cover of a cooler in the kithen. Observed debris in the gaskets of 2 freezers in the kitchen. PIC had an employee clean them. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
