Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed the ice scoop handle touching the ice. PIC took ice scoop out and placed into a container. Food in contact with an unclean surface or linens.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Corrected During Inspection Did not observe a thermometer in the warming units or the milk cooler. PIC sent someone out to get thermometers during the inspection. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-04.8(E)(1) / Single-service and single-use articles - storage
Corrected During Inspection Observed single use trays not stored to prevent contamination. PIC flipped items over during the inspection. [52] Improper storage of single-service and single-use articles.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Corrected During Inspection Observed a meat slicer that the facility was not using. PIC and staff memeber moved the slicer out of the kitchen area. Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises.
