Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed dented diced peach cans in the dry storage. PIC voluntarily discarded items.

Observed a torn seal on the large smith milk cooler. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Observed the cooler vent covers with build up and debris. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Observed a mop being stored directly in the mop water. Mops dried improperly.

Observed some dirty ceiling vents in the kitchen during inspection.Heating, ventilating, and/or air conditioning systems not properly designed and installed.
