Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed several dented cans on shelves during the time of inspection. Food package(s) received in poor condition. PIC removed cans during the time of inspection.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a live bird flying around the bakery area during the time of inspection. Presence of live insects, rodents, and other pests. PIC contacted their pest removable agency to have it removed. Facility is currently under construction, so the outer openings to the facility are more exposed than normal.
