| Received complaint of employees not wearing hair restraints and found hair in milkshake. Made visit. Did not observe hair in milkshake or cherries. Did observe some lent from wiping cloth on spinner of milkshake machine, washed off immediately. Discussed using different type of wiping clothes. |
