Did not observe a thermometer in the curbside pickup coolers. Food thermometer not readily accessible.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Observed some containers in the bakery that were not labeled with the common name of item. ie. Cinnamon sugar, sugar, flour, etc. Working food containers not properly labeled.

3717-1-04.8(E)(1) / Single-service and single-use articles - storage
Corrected During Inspection Observed some single use containers not properly protected from contamination. PIC corrected and turned items over. [52] Improper storage of single-service and single-use articles.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed a torn gasket on the meat room cooler. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed the pop machine near the entrance to have some build up on the catch plate. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-06.1(J) / Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system vents.
Observed multiple walk in coolers to have vents that needed cleaning.
