Dishwasher was not properly sanitizing dishes at the time of inspection. Facility has no way to santize dishes. Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration.

3 bay sink has been installed and functioning. The dishwasher is unplugged and an out of order/do not use sign was posted on the dishwasher.
