Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed sandwich on hot plate for hot holding below 135°F. PIC discarded sandwich and was advised to have the hot plate maintenanced. TCS foods not being hot held at the proper temperature.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed sanitizer dispensor dispensing quat sanitizer that was above the required concentration. PIC will have food employees manually dilute sanitizer with water until the dispensor has been repaired. Unapproved chemical sanitizer used on food contact surfaces.

Observed deep score marks and crevices in prep table cutting boards. Cutting blocks or boards cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized.

Observed degraded seals around the mop sink. Fixed equipment not properly sealed or spaced for cleaning.

Observed build up of debris outside of ice chute. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
