| Received a complaint stating that facility is allowing a dog to sit in the dining area and that the dog is not of service animal status. Along with this, complainant stated that the dog sits in the booths. Upon arriving to inspection I did not witness any animals in the dining area during the time of inspection. The manager had called me and asked me for service animal information as it pertains to restaurants, so I supplied them with a FAQ sheet on service animals and the rules surrounding them in restaurants during the time of inspection. No violations observed during the time of inspection. |
