3717-1-04.2(G)(1) / Food temperature measuring devices - availability
Critical A thermometer was not in the delfield cooler. Ti orevent food borne illnes a thermometer shall be available. PIC stated she has thermometers and will place in cooler. A food thermometer was not readily accessible.
To prevent foodborne illness, food temperature measuring devices shall be provided and readily accessible for use.

3717-1-04.4(A)(1) / Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment.
Deep Freezer had built up condensation on the ceiling. Equipment and/or components are not maintained in good working order.
Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under rules 3717-1-04 and 3717-1-04.1 of this code.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed debris in all cabinets and draws. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
