Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed build up in the ice machine. PIC had an employee clean it.

3717-1-03.2(R) / Food storage - prohibited areas.
Food stored in prohibited area. Observed boxes of food and packaged food stored under condensation in the walk in freezer. Food may not be stored under lines on wich water has condensed.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed excess ice build up and dripping condensation in the walk in freezer.
