Comments
Complainant stated her resulting illness came from being served food that was undercooked. She ordered a medium rare steak but stated that it came out more rare. Complainant ate the steak as it was served. Observed temperature of steaks in coolers at or below 41 degrees F. Menu does contain warning that concerns consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish and eggs may increase risk of foodborne illness. No violations observed at time of inspection.
